New Person Centred Planning Training Course on Offer

Alzheimer Scotland is delighted to announce the delivery of ‘Person Centred Planning’ training course.

This course is rated at ‘Enhanced’ level on the Promoting Excellence Framework (pdf)

It is a three day course that will concentrate on the processes of MAPS & PATHS. By the end of the training course participants will be able to understand the values behind person centred planning, understand which tools to use and when, understand the power of graphics and why we use them, along with having the ability to facilitate MAP & PATH tools to achieve positive changes.

Person Centred Planning is a constellation of tools developed to help a person or a family who want to make a purposeful and meaningful change in their life. Forest, O’Brien and Pearpoint
